		<description>Excellent advice. I have a pool of 4-5 people I look up to and know are credible and experienced.  Then, I look to my self to be creative and find unique ways to be better than the competition.  Trial and error is the best way to learn in this industry. Try new things constantly and you will eventually know the search engines like the back of your hand.</description>
