I talked about it on my blog here

Like all things related to google and statistics, I take all with a pinch of salt, so I don't worry myself too much about the discrepancies between GWT and Analytics...

I noticed the change of course, but I am kinda sad about the fact I can no longer use Google webmaster tools to check what position my website has for certain keywords. I think it was a great addition, but they should not have taken away search position.

Daniel, in terms of traffic?

The CTR will never be shown in Analytics. Please clarify what you mean by your question.

I have, especially for long-tail keywords which only deliver a small amount of traffic to my clients website. The discrepancy between Google Adwords Keyword Tool and Google Webmaster Tools is probably even more pronounced.

Google has proved again that they cant be beaten in being user friendly. I use most of their products and have never liked anything better than Google. This data is really amazing and thanks a ton to Google. I couldnt hold my excitement and was up until 1:30 am l;ast night writing an article about it, with possible benefits of this data.
