    I think it is our nature to adapt what kind of communication style we should use to approach costumer. Person who are use to communicate different people can easily change her/his style to approach people which is a very important trait for costumer service.

    We had a message left on our business line the other day from a guy trying to sell us on a lead generating cold calling service. He was stuttering through the message and at some points was talking some quietly that we could barely even hear him. And he wanted to sell us on cold calling? I’m with you 100%. It’s startling how poorly some businesses communicate with their potential clients.
