Good post, this is something that we as PR professionals should be doing more of and convincing our bosses/clients as to why it&#039;s so critical. We had an experience with a client who was getting beat up a little bit on Wikipedia, once we were aware of the problem we took care of it -- it&#039;s being aware that&#039;s the key!
