    Nice article, Nate!

One other consideration when evaluating time on site is that most analytics platforms can’t accurately measure the time spent on the last page before you leave the site.

Other pages are measured more accurately because the javascript just measures the time between the entrance onto one page and then the entrance onto another page on the site.

If the visitor only visits one page, those visits aren’t factored into the overall metric, either.

Here’s my source on that point.

Nice article! I love Google Analytics and getting every single piece of usefull data out of it. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming, your article clarifies things a little more.

i also cannot trust the time of the site because most of people now will open more than 1 pages and leave it there to load and look for others webpages and get back our webpage later. So sometime it not that accurate.Thank for sharing this because it teach me what data Google analytics given for. If not i do not know all the data purpose given because i just think it the simple way. Higher visitors higher traffic mean good website ..

Is there anyone could tell an average value for each of indicators?
    For example :
“Website is very poor if bounce rate more than aa%”

My site have bounce rate about 73%. Is that so poor?
    How yours?
