The said “$60,000 worth of services” is based upon a six-month contract with SEO.com, including free SEO and additional Internet marketing services. The actual dollar amount at the end of the six-month contract may be equal to or more than the advertised dollar amount. After the six-month contract expires, SEO.com is not obligated to provide any further free services. SEO.com is solely providing marketing services and is not guaranteeing any success or placement on the search engines. In that same vein, SEO.com is not liable for any failures that may occur to another entity prior to, during, or after the contract expires.

If chosen as the winner of the Ultimate Web-Marketing Makeover Contest, SEO.com may film, video and photograph you and/or those associated with your company to publicize the contest. SEO.com may also post information about your company on its website. However, SEO.com respects the privacy of all of its clients, and will not reveal company secrets or confidential information about the winning company.
