The search engine marketing company adds top talent to meet the demands of a fast-growing client base. It has hired 11 people since March and has no plans of slowing down.
PROVO, Utah (May 26, 2009) – Business is booming for SEO.com. After announcing three hires in March, the Utah href="http://www.seo.com/">SEO company followed that up with eight more employees in April and May.
“I am thrilled about our growth over the past several months,” said David Bascom, president and CEO. “Our business is based on the expertise of our people, and we've been fortunate to hire some very talented people with a lot of great SEO experience. I look forward to continued success with the great team we are building.”
The recent additions include: director of SEO, search engine optimization specialists, account managers, coders and copywriters. The Internet marketing company has grown more than 300 percent in the last year.
“We keep adding new clients each month,” said Nelson James, vice president of SEO.com. “It has given us the resources we need to keep hiring great, new talent that’s required to help our growing clientele find the success they are after.”
This growth rate is especially satisfying for Bascom and James, who hired their first employee in August, 2005 to help with just a handful of clients. Now they employ nearly 40 people to manage about 100 clients, including big names like Dell, Mrs. Fields and AlphaGraphics.
“I believe we've hired the right people to take our company to the next level,” Bascom said. “I expect them to jump right in to help establish SEO.com as a leader in our industry.”
Bascom said SEO services are very attractive to business owners, especially in this economy where every penny counts. Search engine marketing, he says, allows these companies to reach countless potential customers and is often more cost effective than traditional marketing.
“People continue to seek out our services as they look for ways to grow their business while controlling their expenses,” Bascom said. “Search marketing is measurable and yields a very high return on investment.”
SEO.com plans to continue hiring new employees throughout 2009, and will be moving to a larger office space this summer to accommodate its growth.
