Job Description:

The SEO Account Manager is responsible for SEO and Digital Marketing strategy and client success. This person must have an ability to keep up with the latest Digital Marketing techniques, while helping team members and clients better understand Digital Marketing. The SEO Account Manager must communicate campaign progress to their team and communicate changes in the SEO and Digital Marketing fields to the client to enhance their understanding and the success of their campaign. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment
  • Manage SEO and Digital Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
  • Act as the point of contact for multiple digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist with project management for your assigned Digital Marketing campaigns, including tasking some elements of the strategy for fulfillment
  • Assist the Director of Digital Marketing with developing a strong Digital Marketing strategy for your clients that will help each campaign succeed
  • Oversee and assist with Search Engine and Digital Marketing strategy execution for your assigned campaigns
  • Continually analyze Digital Marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments where necessary
  • Identify custom tasks to be fulfilled for each client campaign
  • Perform quality checks on your team’s work output
  • Ensure that all Digital Marketing campaigns and tasks are effective and to the client’s satisfaction
  • Assist in training individual team members to better understand Digital Marketing and how to achieve client goals
  • Assist in creating professional training curriculum that will be used for Digital Marketing team training
  • Assist in conducting regular trainings for Digital Marketing teams on best practices and procedures for search engine optimization
  • Provide ongoing Digital Marketing campaign updates to the Director of Digital Marketing
  • Assist in addressing and resolving client concerns
  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities of other products and services for your clients and inform the Director of Digital Marketing and sales representative


  • Minimum of two years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Candidate should be results-driven, organized, and very self-directed
  • A proven track record in natural search engine marketing, social media, conversion optimization , SEM, or paid online display advertising
  • A strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and techniques
  • A thorough understanding of website analytics
  • Ability to turn business requirements into deliverables
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML, database-driven websites, blogging, etc. is an advantage
  • Works well under pressure, able to meet deadlines, be a team player, and multi-task
  • Outstanding customer service skills
