About Natalie De Stadler
Natalie De Stadler leads the Conversion Rate Optimization team at WebFX and coaches the Local SEO Strategists team, and she brings the eye of a self-described "Website-Snob" to both: the kind of person who spots a broken user flow or a wasted conversion opportunity before most people notice the page has even loaded. She joined WebFX in 2022 and quickly moved her way into her current role of CRO Team Lead and Local SEO Coach.
Natalie's expertise runs across both CRO and local search, but conversion is where she lives. Her strategy work has spanned home services, industrial and manufacturing, technology and cybersecurity , healthcare and wellness, education, financial services, and more.
Natalie was also WebFX's first international team leader. Working out of Cape Town, South Africa, where she also serves as Hub Ambassador for WebFX's Cape Town office. As Hub Ambassador, she's the on-the-ground culture carrier for the hub and the main liaison between her local team and WebFX's US headquarters: she's the first friendly face a new hire meets on day one, the point of contact who keeps the office itself running smoothly, facilitated the full office move to our new Cape Town location, and the one who pulls together hub events from planning through execution.
Natalie holds a B.A. Honours in Strategic Brand Communications from Vega School, along with design training from the Academy of Digital Arts. She's kept building since: she holds a Local SEO certification, has picked up a handful of CXL certifications along the way, and has earned WebFX's internal Subject Matter Expert recognition across six specialty areas, from conversion and UX to AI prompt engineering, one of the newest and, by her own account, most demanding skills she's added to her toolkit.
Natalie describes herself as immensely strategic but also creative, and that combination is exactly why digital marketing, and CRO especially, is her happy place. She won't sign off on a recommendation that just checks a best-practices box. If a page isn't genuinely easier to use, faster to convert, or more honest with the person landing on it, it's not done yet. That's the "Website-Snob" in her: equal parts craft and stubbornness, in the best way.
Outside of client work, she's a huge animal person (Rhodesian Ridgebacks are her favorite, no contest) and a dedicated traveler, with Edinburgh and Inverness having stolen a serious piece of her heart. When she's not deep in a CRO calendar, you'll find her doing calligraphy, pressing flowers, or picking up her camera, three hobbies that reward the same patient, detail-oriented eye she brings to conversion work.
