Jackie is a Sr. Conversion & UX Specialist. She’s responsible for ever-evolving the user experience for WebFX’s two largest sites, webfx.com and seo.com. In her 8+ years at WebFX, Jackie began her journey in account management where co-founded the CRO team for our clients.

With a B.S. in Business Administration, Business Marketing, she's optimized dozens of campaigns and strategies to drive better conversions and revenue. Her passion for creativity and innovation led her to our internal marketing team, where she continues to drive brand growth and lead generation through innovative user tests, A/B tests, and personalized experiences.

When she's not nose deep in user feedback, you'll find her exploring the great outdoors with her dog Pepper, looking for a new croissant place to try, perfecting her golf swing, reading, or indulging in a bit of retail therapy.
